“Left Behind” DLC Being Released As Stand-Alone Game
Naughty Dog Lowering Price of Add-On DLC For TLOU, As Well
On May 12th, Naughty Dog will be releasing it's award-winning story DLC "Left Behind" as a stand-alone game for the PS3 and PS4 consoles. "Left Behind" acts a prequel of sorts for "The Last of Us," where the player controls Ellie as she explores the new, very dangerous world brought upon by the on-going cordycep plague. It is difficult to really summarize without giving anything away, but it is highly recommended that you play through "The Last of Us" before attempting the "Left Behind" DLC, as there are significant spoilers. The Kickstarter for "Yooka-Laylee" launched today, a game that is being heralded as the spiritual successor to the Nintendo 64 classic "Banjo-Kazooie." The developer, Playtonic Games, is filled with a lot of creative talent that worked on "Banjo-Kazooie" as well some "Donkey Kong" titles.
