Xbox Gamescom Schedule Announced

Expect to See E3 Absentees Shown Off

Microsoft released the dates for their Gamescom appearance.

The Xbox briefing will be held on Aug. 4, 4 PM CEST/10 AM EDT, where "Scalebound," Quantum Break," and "Crackdown" will be shown off. They also say they're going to "share some exciting announcements."

The Xbox booth will be open on Wednesday, Aug. 5 from 9 AM until 7 PM CST (press/trade only), Thursday, Aug. 6 through Saturday, Aug. 9 from 10am until 8 PM CST, and Sunday, Aug. 10 from 9 AM until 6 PM CST. Games such as "Halo 5: Guardians" and "Forza Motorsport 6" will be demonstrated.

There's also going to be another Xbox FanFest after the one from E3 2015. It'll run Tuesday, Aug. 4 through Wednesday, Aug. 5.
