The Dungeon Finder tool in “World of Warcraft” – which enables players to group with other, random players for holiday bosses, random dungeons, or specific dungeons (normal or heroic) – is down. The current UI displays an empty screen with no options besides a useless “Custom”.
The outage applies to dungeons, scenarios, raid finder, and the Hallow’s End Headless Horseman event which has a low chance to drop the coveted Horseman’s Reins. The outage followed issues last night where players reported random pauses in Dungeon Finder.
There is no update from Blizzard as to why the tool is down or when it’ll be back. Check with Player Theory for updates.
