Producer Said His Words Were Taken Out of Context

Katsuhiro Harada has taken to his own Twitter to clarify the situation for the character Lucky Chloe from "Tekken 7." Using TwitLonger for a better explanation, Harada stated his words of Lucky Chloe being region exclusive (Asia and Europe only) due to many fans complaining about her design were taken out of context and were only used as a "joke."

Lucky Chloe, the fighter with cat accessories, was revealed to be one of the new characters for "Tekken 7," coming out first to Japanese arcades in March 2015. Following her is Shaheen, a Saudi Arabian fighter.
