“Silent Hills” Is Officially Cancelled

Shortly after Konami released a statement on "Silent Hills," they released another statement confirming "Silent Hills'" cancellation.

Konami is committed to new Silent Hill titles, however the embryonic Silent Hills project developed with Guillermo del Toro and featuring the likeness of Norman Reedus will not be continued. Konami

In addition to the cancellation, Konami had voluntarily pulled out of the New York Stock Exchange. What this exactly means for Konami in terms of financial stability isn't known at the moment.
