Shovel Knight to Cameo in “Bloodstained”

As "Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night continues to get more funding, becoming the most funded game to ever appear on Kickstarter, Koji Igarashi announced that Shovel Knight from his titular game "Shovel Knight" will cameo in the game.
Yacht Club Games and Inti Create will be teaming up to bring Shovel Knight, as shown as a large, muscular knight, into the game. What role Shovel Knight will play isn't known as of this writing.
In addition to the Shovel Knight's reveal, stretch goals have been made. There will be a third playable character, Wii U and Vita version of the games, a prequel mini-game, and a rouge-like dungeon. The last known stretch mark, whether it gets funded at $5,500,000, is a Boss Revenge Mode.
