Spooky Pokémon Arrived in Spirit of Halloween

In the spirit of Halloween, a new video was released today on The Official Pokemon Channel with a special promotion at Gamestop. Visiting a local Gamestop can net gamers who own "Pokemon X" and/or "Pokemon Y" a shiny Gengar. Not only does it come with a Gengarite Mega Stone that allows it to Mega Evolve, but this particular Pokemon has a new ability that Gengar can't learn naturally: Sludge Wave. This promotion runs Oct. 13 - Oct. 26.

"Pokemon X & Y" are available now on the Nintendo 3DS. "Pokemon Omega Ruby & Alpha Sapphire" will release on the 3DS on Nov. 21 in North America and Japan and Nov. 28 in Europe.
