“Punch Out” Teased for Nintendo at E3

Nintendo posted on their American Twitter someone at the gym training in Little Mac's iconic pink garbs (most likely Reggie). The post also said, "Who’s training for E3? Find out our plans for E3 tomorrow at 9 a.m. PT!"

This post is most likely announcing special events for Nintendo's presentation (as in the online one as opposed to a live show) such as the "Super Smash Bros." Invitational and the Tree House event similar to the Mega64 video of "Reggie" infiltrating Nintendo from 2014.
