Nintendo Direct Jan. 14 Information - New Fire Emblem, Amiibos, and More

The Jan. 14 2015 Nintendo Direct presentation was just revealed, and there is a lot of information they gave out.

A new "Fire Emblem" game was revealed for the 3DS.

"Puzzle & Dragons," along with the "Super Mario Bros. Edition," will be coming to the 3DS in May 2015.

"Pokemon Shuffle," a puzzle game similar to "Puzzle & Dragons," will be coming to the 3DS some time in Feb. 2015.

Several Wii games will be available to buy off the eShop for the Wii U, meaning they can launch from the Wii U itself and not the backup Wii launcher. The select three games, as of right now, are "Super Mario Galaxy 2," available now, "Punch Out!!!," available on Jan 22, and "Metroid Prime Trilogy," available Jan 29. These games, if they supported the Wii Classic controller, can be used with the Wii U Game Pad.

"Kirby and the Rainbow Curse" will be releasing on Feb. 20.

The 4th wave of amiibos has been announced, which include Robin and Lucina from Fire Emblem, Pac-Man, Ness from the "Mother/Earthbound" series, Wario, and Charizard from "Pokemon." The 4th wave will be out some time in Spring 2015.

A new line of amiibos was also revealed: the "Super Mario Bros." amiibos. These include Mario, Luigi, Princess Peach, Yoshi, Bowser, and Toad. They will release along side "Mario Party 10" on March 20. A bundle which includes a Mario amiibo will be available to buy as well.

"Hyrule Warriors" will have Tingle and Young Link as playable characters, an additional Adventure Quest map, and three costumes as DLC in the "Majora's Mask Pack" on Feb. 5.

"Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars" will be the first Nintendo game to offer cross-buy. Buying the Wii U version gives you a free download code for the 3DS version, and vice-versa.

Bandai Namco Games is making a new, exclusive free download game for the Wii U- codenamed "Project Treasure."

The New Nintendo 3Ds is coming to North America on Feb. 13.

"Codename S.T.E.A.M." will have amiibo support for "Fire Emblem" amiibos- Marth, Ike, Robin, and Lucina. With this announcement, the Marth amiibos will be brought back into stores in the future for North America.

"Xenoblade Chronicles" will release on the New 3DS in April 2015.

"Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate" and "The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask" 3D will have special New 3DS's for them on Feb 13.

"The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D" will be releasing on Feb. 13.
