“Metroid Prime: Federation Force” Release Date Announced

Just before PAX East started this week in April, Nintendo announced that "Metroid Prime: Federation Force" will release on August 19, 2016 in North America, August 25 in Japan, and September 2 in Europe. While at PAX East, the game will be playable for those attending.

Seeing how "Federation Force" was received during E3 2015, it's speculated that Nintendo kept some of their bigger titles under wraps until the next presentation in 2016 for the tentatively titled Nintendo NX. One of the more speculated titles to come to the NX is a new "Metroid" title, though that, again, is speculation.
