M. Bison Returns for “Street Fighter V”

Capcom revealed that M. Bison, the red dictator of the "Street Fighter" series, will be returning for "Street Fighter V" (as revealed by IGN).

Last teased in the official reveal for Charlie, M. Bison is making a comeback with his psychic powers and teleportation mayhem.

"Street Fighter V" is rumored to be coming out some time in 2016 (leaning towards Spring) with a PlayStation 4 and PC release.
