Japanese Solid Snake Voice Actor Claims This Fact

Reportedly stated by Aiko Otsuka, Japanese voice actor for Solid Snake, on Twitter (as translated by Gematsu), Kojima Productions has been disbanded.

Kojima Productions was forced to disband, but it appears that the work that the team has been putting their utmost effort into is nearly complete. I’m not exaggerating when I say that I expect it will become their greatest masterpiece. I couldn’t help it. I just wanted to say ‘Kept you waiting, huh?’ (Laughs.) But even if this is the end, Metal Gear Solid is immortal! Aiko Otsuka

Even with the official Japanese voice actor posting this, what Otsuka claims should be taken with a grain of salt. Konami nor Kojima have confirmed this yet. This Tweet does follow a long chain of Konami internal problems, starting all the way back in March when GameStop reported that Kojima would leave Konami by the end of the year.
