Gold Mario Amiibo Leak Points to Walmart Exclusivity

Supposedly Even More Rare Than the "Smash" Amiibos

With the rumors of a Gold and Silver Mario amiibo floating about, it seems that Walmart will be selling this amiibo exclusively. Amiibo News shared a leak poster advertising "Mario Party 10" with the tagline "Make This Easter Golden!"

Nintendo nor Walmart has confirmed if the Gold Mario will be exclusive, but judging by the poster, it's an easy guess that it will be. There isn't any word on the status for the Silver Mario amiibo or if it will be exclusive to begin with. "Mario Party 10" is coming to the Wii U on March 12 for Japan and March 20 for North America and Europe alongside the "Super Mario" brand of amiibos.
