Ed Boon Teases More “Mortal Kombat X” DLC

Taking to Twitter, Ed Boon has revealed that there will be more DLC characters for "Mortal Kombat X."

Four characters, hidden in shadows and darkness, were shown. People speculate that the purple ninja Rain and Baraka have a strong chance of being DLC characters. Who these characters really are can be anyone's guess, but Ed Boon teases that "tomorrow" will be when details will be released.

This supposed next batch of DLC follows the first pack of characters, including Tanya, Tremor, Jason Voorhees from "Friday the 13th" series, and the titular Predator. Goro is also available as a DLC character since day-one. This will bring the number of DLC characters (without any additional surprises) to nine.
