“Distant Star: Revenant Fleet” Coming to Steam
Blazing Griffin Announces Steam Greenlight Success
After releasing alpha access to their new game "Distant Star: Revenant Fleet," Blazing Griffin is happy to announce they've been Greenlit and are coming to Steam in Q1 2015. They note that the initial response from consumers was good, receiving over 3000 "yes" votes and hundreds of positive comments on their Steam Greenlight page.
"Distant Star: Revenant Fleet" is a real-time space strategy game for PC. It features fleet-based combat, multiple ship types, and permanent upgrades within a procedurally generated galaxy. Players will take control of the last remaining ships of the decimated "A'kari" fleet, and are tasked with rebuilding your forces and battling your way through ancient galactic battlegrounds. The game is available now on Itch.io and Desura, and will see full release through Steam and other platforms in Q1 2014.
Blazing Griffin is an independent game studio based in Edinburgh, Scotland. Founded in 2011, the company is focused on reviving IP and developing new games across multiple platforms.
