David Gallagher’s IMDb Page Reportedly Has Riku in “Super Smash Bros.”

Sign That Sora Is in "Kingdom Hearts" Perhaps?

David Gallagher’s IMDb Page Reportedly Has Riku in “Super Smash Bros.” - Sign That Sora Is in

On David Gallagher's IMDb page, he has been listed to appear in "Super Smash Bros." for Wii U.

For those who are unaware, the Smash Bros. Fighter Ballot, where people can vote for the next DLC character, ended on Oct. 3. The last characters added for the game as DLC include Mewtwo, Lucas, Roy, and newcomer Ryu.

David Gallagher is known as the voice actor for Riku, one of the main characters in the "Kingdom Hearts" series. While being a main character, the overall protagonist and definitive main character is Sora. What Gallagher's supposed appearance in "Super Smash Bros." means is that Sora may be a downloadable character for the game. As for Riku's role, he may either be an Assist Trophy added into the game or appear as Sora's Final Smash, similar to how Chrom does for Robin.

Interestingly enough, the "Super Smash Bros." page on IMDb has Riku listed near the bottom of the page, where Ryu is. Ryu was one of the latest characters added to the series, meaning he was probably added late to the IMDb page due to the sudden appearance. If the bottom of the list is anything to go by, where the bottom ones are the latest added, then Dixie Kong from the "Donkey Kong" series and Viridi from "Kid Icarus: Uprising" has also been added late.

With the case of Viridi, that could very well be a late addition to the list as an oversight, considering she does appear alongside Pit, Dark Pit, Palutena, and Chrom for the Palutena Guidance segments for the stage Palutena's Temple. However, Dixie Kong doesn't appear in any shape or form in the game proper, save for a trophy for her. Frank Welker also provides the voice for Dixie Kong according to the listing.

Keep in mind, however, that IMDb can be edited freely, so these could be a hoax. ake this report with a grain of salt. Leon S. Kennedy's voice actor once appeared on "Super Smash Bros. Brawl" before, and it was removed and later revealed as fake. Stay tuned to Player Theory fro when Nintendo makes a likely announcement of who will be added next to "Super Smash Bros."
