UPDATE: “Dark Souls” Coming to Xbox One Via BC
Apparently Available With Pre-Order from "DS3" As Well
UPDATE: Microsoft has confirmed that "Dark Souls" will be coming to the Xbox One via backward compatibility.
David Scammell, news editor of VideoGames.com, has reported and caught screenshots of "Dark Souls" (the first one) coming to the Xbox One through backward compatibility.
While the Xbox site no longer shows the option or screenshot (for now), originally the official Xbox website showed that for those who pre-ordered "Dark Souls III" for the Xbox One would get a download code for the first "Dark Souls" for free for a limited time.
With this evidence, it's rather likely that "Dark Souls" would be coming to the Xbox One via backward compatibility soon, if not on the release date of "Dark Souls III." Microsoft hasn't made an official announcement of this game coming to Xbox One via backward compatibility yet.
