“Batman: Arkham Knight” Announced!
“Batman” Sequel to be Released for PC, PS4, and Xbox One
Batman’s back, and this time, he’s brought his ride.
Rocksteady announced today that the next part of the “Batman” game franchise, “Batman: Arkham Knight” is going to be released for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Rocksteady also decided enough’s enough: we also get to drive the Batmobile around Gotham City.
Given that the game’s only going to be released on current gen consoles – leaving the PS3 and Xbox 360 in the dust – the game can take full advantage of the upgraded specifications in each device. The game won’t need to be downgraded in terms of full features or graphics in order to be compatible with older consoles. This is exciting news for gamers who want to see the ominous looking Gotham City as they speed around in the infamous Batmobile.
Rocksteady intends for “Batman: Arkham Knight” to be the final part of the “Batman” franchise, so get ready for one hell of a last ride. Follow PlayerTheory for more announcements as “Batman” news unravels!
