Announced: Warhammer 40,000: Inquisitor - Martyr
Not Space Marines or Orks this time!
In collaboration with Games Workshop, Budapest-based NeocoreGames (Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing) has started development of a hugely ambitious project set in the Warhammer 40k universe. While not a ton of detail has been released yet, NeocoreGames has described it as a “persistent sandbox action-RPG.” They also released a short teaser trailer.
The game will feature a campaign, but according to NeocoreGames, once the player finishes that main story, they will be given access to a huge sandbox game mode which (according the developers) will provide “years of constant entertainment, gradual development and a continuous flow of content that enriches the action-RPG gameplay.”"
There’s a reason why we chose the world of Warhammer 40,000: it’s intense, brutal, visceral – a perfect material for an action RPG. Working with Games Workshop, we’re doing our best to bring a high quality game to the community. We’re huge fans as well, so we care deeply about this game.

At this moment, not much else is known about the game. It is due for release in 2016 on PC, Mac, Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
