Akuma Revealed for “Tekken 7”

Update Arcade Release Also Called "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution"

Bandai Namco has announced an update arcade release of "Tekken 7" called "Tekken 7: Fated Retribution" while also showing "Street Fighter" veteran Akuma.

Akuma's appearance either suggests that "Fated Retribution" isn't canon to the entire "Tekken" series or this updated arcade version is canon, which means the universes for both "Street Fighter" and "Tekken" are the same.

It can be assumed that "Fated Retribution" may be coming to consoles later, while "Tekken 7" has only been seen on arcades as of this writing.
