Activision Buys “Candy Crush Saga” Developer King

For $5.9 Billion

In an investor press release, Activison has announced that they bought "Candy Crush Saga" developer King.

The agreement led to a $5.9 billion settlement with the buyout. The deal will be fully complete some time in Spring 2016.
